Time Line of the Savior's Life Activity

Preparation

1. Obtain from the library at least twelve pictures depicting different times during the Savior's life.
2. One 12-foot clothesline, light rope, or heavy yarn (strong enough to hold up the pictures).
3. Clothespins--one for each of the pictures chosen of the Savior.

Procedure

Have two children hold the ends of the clothesline. Have the pictures of the Savior hanging on the bulletin board or wall out of order. Call on a child to come up and put one of the pictures of the Savior on the clothesline. The pictures are to be put on the clothesline in the order that they happened. As the pictures are chosen, they may be discussed, or for the Junior Primary, a summary of the Savior's life may be given before the children begin choosing the pictures. When all of the pictures are hung in order on the clothesline, the children should have a better understanding of the Savior's life.
