Mother's Day Primary Ideas

Have the children fill out a quiz about their moms:

1. Where was your mother born?
2. When and where were your parents married?
3. How many brothers and sisters does your mother have?
4. What number child is she in her family?
5. When is her birthday?
6. What is her favorite color?
7. What color eyes does she have?
8. Where did she grow up?
9. What is her favorite hobby?
10. What household chore does she hate to do the most?
11. What's the thing that makes her the happiest?
12. My mother is the best at:

Send the quiz home so they can see how they did, and start a conversation for them to learn more about their mother.

Create a page for each child, starting with Dear Mom. Include lines so they can write a note to their mom, and a place for them to sign their name.
