Pure Thoughts (Talk)

Introduction (picture of Jesus): Jesus wants us to become like Him. To be like Jesus we must have pure, clean thoughts in our minds.

Picture 1 (scriptures): Reading the scriptures and other good books will help us to think good thoughts and develop good character traits.

Picture 2 (The Friend): Choosing good magazines such as the Friend help us to keep our minds clean and encourage us to do good.

Picture 3 (Television): When we watch television, we should carefully choose wholesome programs. If there isn't anything on television that is uplifting, we should find other things to do like playing a game or reading a good book.

Picture 4 (Movies): We should attend only movies that encourage us to obey the Lord's commandments.

Closing: If we make careful choices about the things we read and watch, we can keep our minds clean and pure as Jesus would want us to.
