Sharing time tips: As you discuss Old Testament figures, be sure to relate them to stories that the children should already know about them. Using a picture with each reference, such as a picture of the story or a visual of the lesson, will help the children stay engaged. You could also have the pictures spread out and match the picture to the scripture. 

Junior Primary: Let them pick out pictures and you can tell them the story. Create a temple timeline and children can hold up pictures.
